About Deluxe Pett

Deluxe Pett exists because the pet advice landscape online is mostly one of two extremes: shallow listicles written by people who've never owned a dog, or hard-sell affiliate sites pushing whatever pays the most.

We're trying to do something quieter and more useful: write the guides we wish had existed when we first brought home a stubborn rescue, an anxious puppy, and a cat who decided the rug was a litter box.

What we believe

• Most pet behavior problems are owner education problems. Pets aren't broken. They're just confused, scared, or under-stimulated.
• Force-free training works. If a method requires hurting your dog to get compliance, it's the wrong method.
• Veterinary advice comes first. We're not vets. Anything that looks medical, get checked.
• Nutrition matters more than most owners realize. Coat, energy, behavior, and longevity all trace back to what's in the bowl.

How we pick what to recommend

We only recommend products and programs that meet three criteria:

1. The methods are humane and evidence-based — no aversive tools, no pseudoscience.
2. The creator has documented credentials or a verifiable track record.
3. Real owners report consistent results in independent reviews — not just sales pages.
